• We accept returns by arrangement and if:
  • less than 14 calendar days have passed since the receipt of the order,
  • the product has not been used and is in its original (factory) condition and packaging.
  • The product should be shipped packed in another box in order to be transported safely and without damage.

• In case of fault of PARMARKET (regarding the type, price and condition of the product) we fully refund the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.

• If there is no error on the part of PHARMARKET, only the amount corresponding to the value of the products is refunded and the shipping costs (product return) are borne exclusively by the customer. In this case, the customer is additionally charged the shipping costs of the original order.
• If products that have exceeded the expiration date are inadvertently shipped, we fully refund the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.
